Finger Lickin' Sautéed Chicken
Featuring Pinot Grigio
- 120ml Barefoot Pinot Grigio
- 4 chicken breast tenderloins
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Greek seasoning (w salt)
- 2 tablespoons chopped capers
- Olive oil
- Mix together all ingredients to make marinade.
- Coat chicken and leave for 1-2 hours.
- Sautée entire mixture on both sides in olive oil until done.
