Summer is finally here and we have the perfect cocktail for the occasion. Meet the Barefoot Pinot-colada!
Made with our Barefoot Pinot Grigio wine for that added twist.
Ingredients
- 187ml mini bottle of Barefoot Pinot Grigio
- 30ml coconut rum liquor
- 80ml pineapple juice
- Pineapple slices to garnish
Directions
- Fill a cocktail shaker 1/2 with ice and add liquid ingredients. Shake, shake, shake!
- Pour into cocktail glasses, including the ice.
- Garnish with a slice of pineapple and enjoy!
