Strawberry & Orange Pinot Grigio Mimosa

Who says mimosa always has to be sparkling? Let us introduce the Orange and Strawberry Pinot Grigio Mimosa. Our Barefoot twist on the brunch classic will seriously impress your guests.


  • 500ml Barefoot Pinot Grigio
  • 200ml smooth Orange Juice
  • 300g frozen strawberries
  • Fresh strawberry and orange slices to garnish


  1. In a jug, combine the Barefoot Pinot Grigio and orange juice and mix well.
  2. Using a blender, blend the strawberries with 4 tablespoons of water until smooth. Add more water if they don’t blend easily.
  3. Fill your glasses 2/3 with the orange and wine mixture. Then slowly pour the blended strawberries until the glass is full.
  4. Garnish with a slice of strawberry and orange for that added flourish.
