Springtime Sangria Holiday Cocktail

  • 1x 750ml bottle Barefoot Bubbly Pink Moscato - chilled
  • 2 cups of watermelon balls
  • ¼ - ½ small watermelon – chilled, seeded and blended to make 470ml juice
  • 60ml lime juice
  • 100ml simple syrup – more or less depending on sweetness of watermelon


  1. Cut small watermelon in half
  2. Scoop out two cups of watermelon balls using a small melon baller
  3. Place watermelon balls in a pitcher and set aside
  4. Seed the other half of the melon and cut into chunks
  5. Place cut watermelon in a blender and blend until smooth (continue adding watermelon chunks until you have 470ml of watermelon juice)
  6. Place 470ml of fresh watermelon juice in pitcher with watermelon balls
  7. Add lime juice and Barefoot Bubbly Pink Moscato
  8. Add simple syrup in one ounce portions to desired taste
  9. Refrigerate until ready to serve
  10. Pour sangria over ice and melon balls
