A Pirate’s Favourite Watermelon Daquiri
Featuring White Zinfandel
Arr, most scallywags assume pirates only drink rum, but 'tis a little knowen fact tha' they secretly love a Watermelon Daquiri made with rum an' Barefoot White Zinfandel
- 200ml white rum
- 250ml Barefoot White Zinfandel
- 10ml lime juice
- 100g watermelon (prepared weight), plus a wedge to garnish
- Put a handful of ice in a blender suitable for crushing ice, along with the rum, Barefoot White Zinfandel, lime juice and watermelon flesh. Blitz until just smooth.
- Fill each glass with ice, pour over the daiquiri and garnish with a wedge of watermelon.
