Barefoot Moscato Wine Cake

A deliciously sweet treat!


  • 1x 400g pack victoria sponge cake mix
  • 140g instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 180ml vegetable oil
  • 180ml Barefoot Moscato
  • 4 eggs


  1. Preheat oven to 180c. Grease and flour one 10" Bundt cake tin.
  2. In medium bowl combine all ingredients and beat with an electric mixer for about 4 minutes till batter is smooth.
  3. Pour into prepared Bundt pan and bake at 350 F for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
