Finger Lickin' Sautéed Chicken

Featuring: Pinot Grigio Wine


  • 120ml Barefoot Pinot Grigio
  • 4 chicken breast tenderloins
  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Greek seasoning (w salt)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped capers
  • Olive oil


  1. Mix together all ingredients to make marinade.
  2. Coat chicken and leave for 1-2 hours.
  3. Sautée entire mixture on both sides in olive oil until done.
