Springtime Sangria Holiday Cocktail

					Ingredients
- 1x 750ml bottle Barefoot Bubbly Pink Moscato - chilled
 - 2 cups of watermelon balls
 - ¼ - ½ small watermelon – chilled, seeded and blended to make 470ml juice
 - 60ml lime juice
 - 100ml simple syrup – more or less depending on sweetness of watermelon
 
Directions
- Cut small watermelon in half
 - Scoop out two cups of watermelon balls using a small melon baller
 - Place watermelon balls in a pitcher and set aside
 - Seed the other half of the melon and cut into chunks
 - Place cut watermelon in a blender and blend until smooth (continue adding watermelon chunks until you have 470ml of watermelon juice)
 - Place 470ml of fresh watermelon juice in pitcher with watermelon balls
 - Add lime juice and Barefoot Bubbly Pink Moscato
 - Add simple syrup in one ounce portions to desired taste
 - Refrigerate until ready to serve
 - Pour sangria over ice and melon balls
